Ma Petite Shoe uses UPS (for orders within the U.S. only) and USPS Priority Mail services for domestic and international delivary. As such, we can ship to virtually any address in the world.
If you prefer to ship another way or would like to use your personal shipping account to pay for shipping, please contact us at customerservice@mapetiteshoe.com and we can process your order in the manner you prefer.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items and the shipping option you chose. Once we have shipped your order, we will provide you with the delivery confirmation or tracking number via email.
RETURNS
Regular Priced Items
You may return regularly-priced items within 21 days of the shipping date for exchange, store credit or a refund. Please note that we do not refund or give store credit for shipping charges. In order to complete a return, items must show no signs of wear. When returning any purchases, your order must be accompanied with your receipt and reason for return. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
When returning an item we recommend using delivery confirmation, as we are not responsible for misdirected merchandise. Once we have received your items, we will notify you via email on the status of your store credit or exchange.
