This single origin chocolate made from the first Fair Trade Certified cocoa beans brought into the US from the Ivory Coast. As true chocolate makers, we carefully steward our cacao (cocoa beans) through the process of roasting, blending and conching in order to coax out the distinctive flavor imparted by each unique growing region. We are proud to be the first roaster of Fair Trade Certified™ cocoa beans and the only roaster of organic cocoa beans in the United States.
